PORTABLE DIGITAL BRINELL INDENTION TESTER

K&M Brinell indention tester can match any kind of Brinell hardness tester. As an independent measurement system, it can measure the Brinell indention accurately, quickly, and reliably. We have created a new approach  method by using a CCD camera to capture the indention image, instead of reading the diameter from optical microscope or comparator by an operator and then calculating the test value.

Test parameters include 3000kgf，1500kgf，1000kgf，750kgf，500kgf，250kgf，187.5kgf，100kgf and 62.5kgf ; Diameter of indenter include 10mm，5mm，2.5mm. Measuring range will be 7.96HBW~658HBW.
